A smart satellite antenna device including a satellite tracking antenna is disclosed. The smart satellite antenna device includes: a controller that receives a command for selecting a satellite broadcasting channel from a user and controls movement and rotation of the satellite tracking antenna in response to the satellite broadcasting channel; and an emergency controller that includes a multi-sensor including a function to recognize surrounding voice and sound, detects an emergency situation, and transmits a rescue signal corresponding to the emergency situation when the emergency situation is detected via an external communication network. The emergency controller detects whether there is an emergency situation based on the detection result of the multi-sensor, and if an emergency situation is detected, it tracks the current location determined from the operation of the satellite tracking antenna, and when an emergency situation is detected, it connects to the available networks nearby. It checks and transmits a rescue signal corresponding to an emergency situation using an available communication network.
