To provide a protein-polymer-drug conjugate that is biodegradable and biocompatible and exhibits high drug loading and strong binding to target antigen.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition comprising therapeutic drug and targeting conjugate useful in anti-neoplastic therapies comprises the therapeutic drug and targeting conjugate and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
