Prognostic Factors and Prognostic Methods for Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma

The present invention enables finding a prognosis factor for DLBCL and performing prognostic prediction. As a result of conducting total-exome sequencing on two extreme outcome groups treated with R-CHOP or a therapy similar thereto, cases in which a TP53 mutation was present in one allele and a 17p deletion was present in the other allele were disproportionally found in the resistance case group, whereas OSBPL10 mutations were disproportionally found in the reactive case group. Using these prognosis factors, it is possible to make a prognosis.
