The present invention relates to a device for separating a network network through a quantum encryption tunnel. According to an embodiment of the present invention, in the device for separating a network through a quantum encryption tunnel, an IP camera connected through a wired/wireless network and the IP camera equipment register for registering internal and external network information; a device permission setting unit configured to set at least one of an access right to a device found through an internal/external network, a playback right of an image received from the IP camera, and a control right for the IP camera; a control unit for controlling one-way or two-way data communication between the registered device and the authorized device through tunneling between an internal network network and an external network network having different physical layers; and when tunneling between the internal network network and the external network network, a transport packet is quantum-encrypted for data transmission/reception, or the quantum-encrypted transport packet is performed using a symmetric key received through the tunneling for a received transport packet.
