A chatbot system to which a query correction technology based on cumulative characteristic data specialized for groupware according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied includes: a query domain recognition module configured to recognize a query domain by morphological analysis of a search word or a search question natural language input by a user; a query correction module, configured to extract a keyword from a previous history related to the query domain and correct the user's query to generate a corrected query; a chatbot module, configured to provide a search result related to the calibration query based on a similarity between the pre-entered question-response pairs and the calibration query; and a feedback module configured to update the weight of the keyword related to the user's query according to the user's feedback result on the search result.
