An inspection method of an obstacle-crossing robot for a high-voltage power transmission line, and related devices. The method comprises: acquiring operation records generated by an obstacle-crossing robot during the process of pre-inspecting a preconfigured high-voltage power transmission line, wherein the operation records are used for recording action parameters of execution components of the obstacle-crossing robot (S110); removing abnormal records from the operation records to obtain normal operation records (S120); generating, according to the normal operation records, an instruction set of control instructions that comprise the action parameters (S130); and sending an inspection instruction, which carries the instruction set, to the obstacle-crossing robot, so that the obstacle-crossing robot inspects, in response to the inspection instruction, the preconfigured high-voltage power transmission line according to the control instructions (S140). In the method, an instruction set is generated by using operation records acquired at a time, and a preconfigured high-voltage power transmission line can then be automatically inspected by using the instruction set multiple times, thereby improving the reliability and safety of inspection; moreover, abnormal records are removed to obtain normal operation records, and the instruction set is generated according to the normal operation records, such that the accuracy of an obstacle-crossing robot responding to control instructions can be improved.
