To provide a parking lot control device capable of realizing improvement of convenience for users of automatic driving vehicles.SOLUTION: A parking lot control device includes: a communication interface capable of receiving off-site images that are images captured by one or more off-site cameras that can take images of an external environment of a parking lot; a parking reception unit for acquiring an occupant's image that is an image of an occupant of an automatic driving vehicle parked in the parking lot; an occupant arrival time determination unit for acquiring the off-site image, extracting an occupant object that is an object indicating the occupant from the off-site image, determining an occupant's position which is a position of the occupant based on the occupant object, and determining an occupant arrival estimated time which is a time at which the occupant is estimated to arrive at a boarding area, based on a distance from the occupant's position to the boarding area of the parking lot; and a control unit configured to operate as a pickup control unit for picking up the automatic driving vehicle at the boarding area at the occupant arrival estimated time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
