The present invention relates to a technology for manufacturing a polyimide-based separator having a cross-linked structure in the form of a flat membrane, and applying it as an organic solvent nanofiltration membrane. According to the present invention, the removal rate of a specific solute (molecular weight of about 500 g/mol or 700 g/mol) is significantly improved compared to a polyimide nanofiltration membrane without a conventional cross-linked structure.
