A method for manufacturing catnip or mattabi silicone is disclosed. The method comprises the steps of blending 65 to 75 parts by weight of medium hardness silicone, 25 to 35 parts by weight of high tensile silicone, and "2 to 5 parts by weight of catnip or mattabi", and aging the blended mixture at an aging temperature of 20 to 30 degrees, aging time 10 to 14 hours and aging at 50 to 70% humidity.
