PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wastewater treatment apparatus for catalytic oxidation repair of organic chlorine-based pesticide-contaminated soil, which prevents the precipitated organic salt from blocking the piping of the apparatus and lowering the treatment efficiency for wastewater. SOLUTION: A wastewater treatment apparatus for contact oxidation repair of an organic chlorine-based pesticide-contaminated soil is provided. The apparatus includes a regulating tank 1 for adjusting the pH of wastewater, a settling means 2 connected to the adjusting tank, and a high-efficiency treating means 3 connected to the settling means to treat and purify the wastewater. The processing means includes a preheating mixer 30 having one end connected to the precipitation means, a supercritical photocatalyst reactor 31 connected to the other end of the preheating mixer, and a power generation unit 32 connected to the supercritical photocatalytic reactor. Contaminated wastewater is put into a supercritical state in an annular closed chamber, and the wastewater is efficiently treated by performing a photocatalyst in combination with dynamic circulation.
