The invention relates to a method for determining the temperature of at least one layer of a multilayer polymeric product, the method comprising the following steps:- the product to be measured is positioned on a transport table,- the product is scrolled under a frame comprising at least one terahertz sensor, - incident terahertz radiation is emitted in the direction of the product, - the signal corresponding to a multiple spectrum of terahertz rays reflected by the interfaces encountered by the incident ray is detected, - an analysis is carried out of the signal to determine various peaks corresponding to the various interfaces encountered, - the temperature of each layer of material traversed by the incident ray is determined, as a function of the amplitude of each peak.
