The present invention is a low-lactose milk tea or milk milk 91 containing 90-94% of milk crude oil, 1-2.5% of black tea leaf leaching tea, 0.1-0.3% of lactase enzyme, 2-5% of unrefined sugar and 1-2.5% of licorice concentrate. It relates to low-lactose milk tea containing ~96%, 1~2.5% of leached tea containing black tea leaf and earl gray flavor, 0.1~0.3% of lactase enzyme, 2~5% of unrefined sugar, and 1~2.5% of licorice concentrate. The present invention provides a novel milk tea with the unique sweetness and flavor of licorice that can be consumed even by people with lactose intolerance by remarkably lowering the lactose content. Licorice adds sweetness to milk tea and reduces the amount of sugar or syrup used. This has the effect of satisfying the tastes of various consumers and can provide milk tea that helps to promote health.
