Disclosed is a decorative fluorocarbon powder coating, pertaining to the field of powder coatings, and comprising the following components in parts by weight: 85-100 parts of a fluororesin, 15-35 parts of an epoxy resin, 10-15 parts of a polycaprolactone, 5-15 parts of a curing agent, 10-20 parts of a ramie fiber, 10-80 parts of a filler, and 2-5 parts of a leveling agent. Further disclosed is a preparation process for the decorative fluorocarbon powder coating. The fluorocarbon powder coating prepared by the process has anti-scratch properties of high surface hardness, good toughness, and high smoothness.
