To provide a liquid nitrogen filling adapter capable of easily, accurately and safely filling/replenishing a small-sized liquid nitrogen freeze preservation container with liquid nitrogen, and a liquid nitrogen filling device.SOLUTION: A liquid nitrogen filling adapter 1 is provided for filling a liquid nitrogen freeze preservation container 9 including a port part 7 that is sealed by a cap 5, in an upper portion of a container main body 3, with liquid nitrogen. The liquid nitrogen filling adapter comprises: an adapter main body part 13 including an insertion portion 11 which is exchanged with the cap 5 and inserted to the port part 7, constituted of a heat insulation material; a liquid nitrogen filling nozzle 15 which is inserted into the adapter main body part 13 for filling the container with liquid nitrogen; a liquid level detector 17 which is inserted so as to penetrate the adapter main body part 13 and detects a liquid level of liquid nitrogen stored in the container main body 3; and an exhaust port 19 which exhausts an internal gas by communicating the inside and the outside of the container main body 3 in a state where the adapter main body part 13 is inserted into the port part 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
