Arrangement and procedure for the construction of an overactive developed repository for intermediate and high-level radioactive waste

The arrangement and the procedure for creating an above-ground, developed repository for intermediate and high-level radioactive waste is new in its entirety. Even in the current legislation on disposal (site selection law, StandAG of 05/05/2017) an alternative possibility of disposal is not mentioned. This repository is characterized by the fact that the safety requirements specified in Section 26 of the Law can be implemented.
