This sealed device comprises a flange (110) designed to be sealed to the case to connect the inside and the outside of the case via a through hole (112) of the flange, a door (120) between movable between a closed and an open configuration, and a seal (140) fixedly connected to the flange and which seals the closure of the passage opening by the door in the closed configuration. In order to limit the risk of contamination when transferring sterile products or materials through this device, a tubular member (150) is movable between a retracted position in which the tubular member is located outside the port opening when the door is in the closed configuration, and an extended position in which the tubular member is located in the through hole so that it covers the seal when the door is in the open configuration, mounted on the flange.
