FIELD: metallurgy. ;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, namely, to the production of products from castings of heat-resistant alloy with special properties of corrosion-resistant austenitic steels for the manufacture of gas vent flanges of gas turbine engines of gas pumping units with a diameter of 500 to 2500 mm, operating under extreme loads at operating temperatures above 7000°C. The method for manufacturing the flange of gas vents of gas turbine engines of gas pumping units from corrosion-resistant austenitic steel, class 12X18N9TL, with a diameter of 500-2500 mm includes obtaining from the melt of corrosion-resistant austenitic steel, class 12X18N9TL, castings close to the required shape and size ratio to the finished flange 1.15:1, which is then subjected to tempering in a thermal furnace at a temperature of 280°C in within 8-12 hours and mechanical processing to the specified dimensions is performed. ;EFFECT: homogeneous structure is provided in the structurally complex products obtained, as well as a reduction in time in the manufacture of flanges for gas turbine engines of gas pumping units with a diameter of 500 to 2500 mm, operating under extreme loads at operating temperatures above 7000°C. ;5 cl
