Power-optimized control of a bank participating in the primary frequency control

The invention relates to a selection of a power setpoint (P_ref_bat) transmitted to a battery (BAT) for a primary frequency adjustment of an electrical network (RES). This battery (BAT) is connected to the electrical network (RES) and participates in the primary frequency adjustment of the network (RES) in which: - a nominal frequency (f_0) is set by a network manager (GEST), and - a frequency (f) of the network (RES) can be measured at any given instant. The participation of the battery (BAT) in the primary frequency adjustment of the electrical network (RES) consists in contributing to compensate for a frequency difference between the nominal frequency (f_0) and the frequency (f) of the network (RES) by transmitting a power active (P_bat) to said electrical network (RES). We then plan to: /a/ obtain a measurement of the frequency (f) of the network (RES), /b/ calculate at least according to the frequency difference between the measured frequency (f) and the nominal frequency, a first power setpoint (P_ref_gross), calculated according to a so-called "gross" model, and varying over time according to a first speed, and a second power setpoint (P_ref_filtered), calculated according to a so-called "filtered" model, and varying over time according to a second speed lower than the first speed.
