The present invention describes a method for designing DNA sequences, which comprises the steps of: initializing a set of DNA sequences; acquiring the fitness of the current set of DNA sequences to obtain the sequence with the lowest fitness, and recording position information; acquire the parameters to be updated at each iteration; take a random number between [0.1] for the parameter a, and compare the size relation a and 0.5; use sine-cosine functions with chaos to increase global searchability and get the optimized set of DNA sequences; select the sequences meeting the requirements using the optimized DNA sequence set through constraints, perform non-dominated fast sorting on the sequence set, and select the top N sequences with high priority as the excellent sequence of the next iteration.
