Disclosed in the present invention is a tetrazole derivative having a structure represented by a general formula I. Also disclosed in the present invention are a composition containing the tetrazole derivative and an application of the tetrazole derivative in preparation of a drug for preventing and resisting cerebral apoplexy. The inventor of the present invention proves by means of multiple experiments that the compound of the present invention has an obvious inhibition effect on ADP-induced platelet aggregation activity, has a prominent damage protection effect on neuron-like cells induced and differentiated by OGD/R-damaged primary fetal rat cortical neurons and neuroblastoma cells (N2A), has good anti-cerebral apoplexy efficacy on construction of a focal cerebral ischemia animal model from transient middle cerebral artery occlusion by suture, and has good oral medicine pharmacokinetic properties in rats. Therefore, the compound in the present invention can be used as a neuroprotective agent to be applied to a drug for treating and preventing cerebral apoplexy.
