A glove specially designed for picking up and hanging a wire rope on a small wind turbine crane, comprising a glove body (1), a palm of the glove body (1) being fixedly connected to a mounting plate (2), a plurality of mounting sleeves (3) is placed on fingers of the glove body (1) and fixed thereto, there are clearances between the mounting sleeves (3) arranged on the same finger and balls (4) are embedded in the surface of the mounting plate (2) and the mounting sleeves (3).
