The present invention relates to a recombinant vector for increasing the content of hydroxylated fatty acid, and it was confirmed that the content of hydroxylated fatty acid was increased in plants by regulating the expression of castor-derived LPAT2 and GPAT9 genes. As it was confirmed that the effect of enhancing the content of hydroxyfatty acid was increased in the offspring of crossbreeding, it is possible to develop new varieties with excellent hydroxyfatty acid content by regulating the expression of castor-derived LPAT2, GPAT9, and DGAT2 genes in oil plants.
