Disclosed is a blockchain-based cloud platform authentication method, comprising: in response to the completion of cloud platform creation, generating a random character string and performing a hash operation on the character string so as to obtain a first hash value; in response to creating a user on the cloud platform, obtaining a user unique ID by operating on the basis of current timestamp information and a username character string; acquiring information of a hardware authentication key, generating an authentication unique ID according to the information, writing the authentication unique ID and the user unique ID into the hardware authentication key, and binding the user unique ID with the authentication unique ID; in response to the completion of cloud platform user creation, generating a first password and a second password, performing an operation, according to the first password and the first hash value, to obtain a second hash value, and writing the second hash value as the final hash value into the hardware authentication key; and in response to inserting the hardware authentication key into the cloud platform, comparing the acquired information with a hash linked list stored by the cloud platform, the authentication unique ID, and the user unique ID respectively for authentication.
