The present invention relates to the technical field of building materials, and in particular to a magnesium phosphate cement-based double-liquid grouting material and a preparation method therefor. The magnesium phosphate cement-based double-liquid grouting material contains a component A and a component B which are used in cooperation, wherein the component A contains 10-40 parts of magnesium oxide, 10-40 parts of slag powder, 1-5 parts of a retarder and water, and the component B contains 10-30 parts of phosphate, 20-40 parts of fly ash, 1-5 parts of a retarder and water. Compared with a traditional grouting material, the magnesium phosphate cement-based double-liquid grouting material in the present invention has the incomparable advantages of: the setting time being short and being controllable within 2-15 min; good injectability, and the concretion rate exceeding 100%; being ecological and environmentally friendly, and the pH value of the slurry being nearly neutral; the early strength being high, the 3d compressive strength reaching 5.1 MPa, and the 28d strength reaching 14.6 MPa; and the water resistance being excellent, and the 28d water resistance coefficient exceeding 90% after modification.
