A virtual and real combined panoramic visualization method and device for a substation communication network. Said method comprises: determining, according to an SPCD file, a correlation between device names and port capability information of a substation, determining, according to an SCD file, a correlation between the device names and virtual circuit service subscription relationships, determining, according to a CSD file of a switch, a correlation between the virtual circuit service subscription relationships and switch information, the switch information including switch name information and corresponding port information; and establishing a correlation between the device names, the port capability information, the virtual circuit service subscription relationships, and the switch information, and generating a display file. The method and device achieve real-time tight coupling of a physical topology and a virtual circuit topology of the substation, achieve panoramic visualization of a service data network of the substation, simplify the management work, enrich monitoring and fault location means, and improve the operating and maintenance level of the substation.
