FLEXIBLE HOPE, IN PARTICULAR POWER HOPE, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AND EQUIPMENT THEREOF

A flexible hose (10),in particular vacuum cleaner hose, has a wall (12),which limits a cavity (16) with an inner side (14) for conveying media and has at least one outer side (18) a profiling (20) having, in section along a longitudinal axis (22) of the hose, elevations (24) and depressions (26). On the outside of the wall at least one electrically conductive web (28) is provided, which runs around the wall and is in an electrical contact with at least one electrically conductive thread (30),electrically connects the opposite ends of the hose. The electrically conductive thread is substantially attached along the longitudinal axis of the hose and transversely to the electrically conductive web extending to the outside of the wall, whereby the hose has an improved suitability for recycling when using a relatively small amount of electrically conductive materials. Further, a method for producing such a hose and a device usable for this purpose are proposed.
