PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation assisting tool which contributes to reduction of fatigue of neck, back, waist and the like in addition to reduction of fatigue of upper limbs when placed on a table and used. SOLUTION: The operation assisting tool 10 is held by an assisting tool main body 11 which can be placed on a table 40 and on which a forearm 32 can be placed, and an upper arm 31, an elbow and a forearm 32.
