The present invention is used to prevent obstructive bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome (BOS) in both lung transplant patients, or to treat BOS in both lung transplant patients diagnosed with BOS, or to prevent the progression of BOS. It relates to a composition comprising cyclosporin A (CsA) for delay, which is administered to the patient by inhalation of a composition in an aerosolized form comprising a therapeutically effective dose of cyclosporin A.
