The present invention relates to a pillow. Pillow according to an embodiment of the present invention, the back of the head receiving portion for accommodating and supporting the back of the head; an inclined support part formed to be inclined to support the cervical vertebrae; a side support part formed on the left and right sides of the inclined support part and the occipital part receiving part to support the user's side head when the user lies sideways; a pressing protrusion protruding from the occipital receiving part; and a bridge that is formed inside the occipital accommodating part, connects the pressing protrusion and the side support part, and protrudes from the occipital accommodating part.
