FIELD: propylene production.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compressor lines for systems and methods for producing propylene by propane dehydrogenation. The compressor line (13) for the dehydrogenation unit (1) includes a drive (36) and a single centrifugal compressor (35) connected to the drive to transfer the drive force. This centrifugal compressor includes a single casing and several compressor sections (39.1, 39.2, 39.3) inside said casing (37). Each compressor section includes at least one impeller (40.1, 40.2) mounted for rotation in the housing (37).
