Disclosed are a product shape design method using contact body pressure analysis and an apparatus therefor. A product shape design method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes receiving human body scan data for a target; generating a virtual object corresponding to the object based on the received human body scan data; contacting the generated virtual object with a preset product shape to be designed, and calculating a contact pressure between the virtual object and the product shape; and designing the product shape by changing the product shape based on the calculated contact pressure.
