An expert knowledge search system and method for decision making are disclosed. An expert knowledge search system for decision-making according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a knowledge-based classification unit for classifying collected knowledge according to knowledge types; a knowledge search unit that searches for knowledge corresponding to the knowledge type set for each search step designated according to a user input; a search result output unit for outputting search results for each step in the knowledge search unit; and a history management unit for recording and managing a history of sequentially arranging the search results for each step in a flow order.
