METHOD FOR DISPLAYING AND DETECTING DISTRIBUTION OF TEMPERATURE FIELD ON SURFACE OF FLUID

A method for displaying and detecting the distribution of a temperature field on the surface of a fluid. The method comprises the following steps: (a) dissolving or dispersing an imaging reagent in a fluid; (b) stimulating the surface of the fluid to change the color or fluorescence of the imaging reagent; and (c) acquiring images of the generated color or fluorescence to obtain a temperature field distribution map of the surface of the fluid. The method is based on that a stimulus responsive compound can perform high-resolution and high-precision imaging on a temperature field of a fluid under the induction of an external condition, and the addition of an imaging reagent does not affect the distribution of a temperature field on the surface of the fluid.
