Disclosed in the present invention are a toilet cover, seat cushion paper matching same, and a toilet with same. The toilet cover comprises a toilet seat, an upper cover and a paper storage box. The paper storage box is positioned at the rear end of the toilet seat, and the toilet seat and the upper cover are hinged to the paper storage box, respectively; the front end of the paper storage box is provided with a transverse seat cushion paper outlet, the seat cushion paper is placed in the paper storage box, the seat cushion paper comprises a plurality of seat cushion paper units that are connected in a front-back manner, and each of two sides of the front end of each seat cushion paper unit is provided with a lug; hinged ends on the left side and the right side of the toilet seat are each provided with a paper cutting block, and the upper end of each paper cutting block is a paper cutting end; and when the toilet seat is subjected to a downward pressure, the rear end of the toilet seat rotates around a rotary shaft to drive the paper cutting blocks to rotate, so that the paper cutting ends cut off the joints between the lugs and the previous seat cushion paper unit. The toilet cover of the present invention when in use can automatically cut off the paper and is convenient to use, the seat cushion paper is not prone to being displaced and can effectively separate a person from the toilet seat, and thus, the present invention is suitable for popularization and application.
