A self-adaptive moving base rotation modulation fine alignment method based on multiple fading factors. First, in order to improve the alignment accuracy of an MEMS, the principle of single-axis rotation modulation for angular rate extended measurement is derived. Second, an self-adaptive Kalman filter with multiple fading factors is studied to eliminate model errors caused by the extended measurement. For the defects of traditional self-adaptive methods, a BAS search algorithm based algorithm model for obtaining an optimal fading factor is established. By verifying the fine alignment method for a single-axis rotation modulation moving base having definite parameters, the results obtained can meet the requirements of high-precision fine alignment.
