This test chart for adjusting a camera which has an optical system and an imaging element comprises at least one slope. The slope forms a boundary of at least one of color, light and shade, and brightness, and has at least one boundary line which extends linearly along the inclining direction of the slope. The slope inclines with respect to the optical axis of the optical system, and is disposed such that the boundary line and the pixel array direction of the imaging element are not parallel to each other when imaged by the camera.
