PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for evaluating the appropriateness of employment of a foreign national employee of an employer. SOLUTION: The user's foreign national employee employment appropriateness evaluation system has a main server connected to a communication line and an evaluation item group database having an evaluation item group consisting of a plurality of evaluation items regarding the appropriateness of foreign national employee employment. It has a weighting coefficient database having a plurality of weighting coefficients representing the importance of each of the plurality of evaluation items, and the main server consists of a plurality of answers corresponding to each of the plurality of evaluation items from the user via the communication line. Receives a group of answers, assigns multiple answers a degree of achievement in which the value decreases in the order of positive first answer, affirmative, third answer other than negative, and negative second answer, and is assigned to multiple answers. The appropriateness of employment of foreign national employees of the employer is evaluated step by step according to the evaluation value calculated using multiple achievement levels and multiple weight coefficients corresponding to each of the multiple evaluation items.
