PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine system capable of improving the estimation accuracy of the white deposit amount, a white deposit amount management device of the internal combustion engine system, and a white deposit amount management method of the internal combustion engine system. SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine system is arranged in an exhaust pipe through which the exhaust gas of the internal combustion engine flows, and uses urea water supplied to the exhaust pipe to purify nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas, and a condensation in the exhaust pipe. It is provided with a condensed water amount calculation unit for calculating the water amount and a white accumulation amount estimation unit for estimating the white accumulation amount accumulated in the exhaust pipe based on the calculated condensed water amount.
