PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dialogue program or the like for expressing a feeling of listening of a character according to a user's emotion. SOLUTION: A voice analysis means for converting a user's spoken voice into a spoken sentence, a dialogue control means for generating a scenario-like or listening response sentence from the user's spoken sentence, and an emotional polarity are determined from the user's spoken sentence. The spoken sentence emotion determination means, the character image generation means that stores the character image for each emotion polarity in advance and generates the character image according to the determined emotion polarity, and the response sentence to be converted into the response voice and the response. The computer functions as a voice synthesizing means for outputting voice from a speaker and a video display control means for displaying a character video on a display in synchronization with the response voice.
