摘要

To provide a method and a system that enable easy decision as to whether a defect exists inside or outside a part to avoid an unnecessary defect processing in a spreading device.SOLUTION: While a sheet material is delivered on a spreading table, a defect mark on the sheet material is detected with a sensor. When the sensor detects the defect mark, an arrangement of parts is projected on the sheet material by a projector to enable an operator to compare the arrangement of the parts and a position of a defect. An operator's input as to whether or not a defect processing required when a defect affects any part is necessary is accepted, and the defect processing is performed by a spreading system according to the operator's input.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
