To provide a marine power source system which comprises a diesel generator, an organic Rankine cycle system and a secondary battery and drives the diesel generator on high load, a vessel comprising the same, and a control method of the marine power source system as well as a control program of the marine power source system.SOLUTION: This invention is a marine power source system 1 which controls a controller 9 to cover marine demand power by combining a diesel generator 10, an ORC system 2 and a secondary battery 20, where the diesel generator 10 has a load factor of 60% or more and 90% or less to an average inboard demand power, and where the controller 9 controls so that the secondary battery 20 may be charged with an extra of power when the inboard demand power exceeds a total output of the diesel generator 10 and the ORC system 2 and controls to discharge power accumulated in the secondary battery 20 when the inboard demand power exceeds a total output of the diesel generator 10 and the ORC system 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
