Provided are a spatial omics sequencing method, a single cell epitranscriptomic sequencing method, and a localization labeling method. The spatial omics sequencing method comprises: preprocessing a sample section; adding a cross localization label to the sample section by using a microfluidic chip, wherein the cross localization label is determined by loading a substance comprising different barcodes to sample inlet holes of the microfluidic chip; and sequentially carrying out cell lysis, amplification, and library building on the sample section, and then carrying out gene sequencing according to the cross localization label.
