The present disclosure relates to a resource configuration method, a resource configuration apparatus and a storage medium. The resource configuration method is applied to a terminal, and comprises: determining a first bandwidth part and at least one second bandwidth part, wherein the first bandwidth part and each of the second bandwidth parts have some identical configuration parameters. In the present disclosure, when a first bandwidth part and at least one second bandwidth part are configured for a terminal, identical configuration parameters of the first bandwidth part and the second bandwidth part are configured, such that the time of frequency switching can be effectively reduced.
