A management apparatus for use during the operation of an intellectual property platform. An existing intellectual property platform needs to use a management apparatus such as a server during operation thereof, the management apparatus is mounted and fixed by means of bolts and the like, and the dismounting and mounting of the management apparatus during maintenance is troublesome. In addition, the long exposure of the management apparatus to the air can easily cause the bolt to slip, thus increasing the difficulty of dismounting and mounting same. The apparatus comprises a mounting table (1), symmetrically-arranged first grooves (2) are formed on a side wall of a top end of the mounting table (1), and a first through hole (3) is formed between the first grooves (2). A cam (19) quickly presses or does not press a regulating plate (5), such that a limiting plate (7) and a clamping groove (18) are quickly engaged or released, without a traditional bolt and the like for fixation, thereby improving the convenience of mounting and dismounting thereof and increasing the practicability.
