An undisturbed switching design method for a linear controller, belonging to the technical field of automatic control. The linear controller includes PID, LQG, LADRC, H∞, MRAC, open-loop control, etc. The method comprises: first differentiating outputs from controllers, then connecting a certain controller to a closed-loop control circuit by means of decision selection, and integrating, by means of a common integrator, a derivative term of the controller connected to the closed-loop control circuit, so as to ensure a smooth transition of controller switching. The above-mentioned design method is simple in terms of structure, has a good versatility, requires no parameter adjustment and has operability, and can be conveniently applied to each actual control system to solve the problem of the switching of multiple linear controllers causing instantaneous sudden changes in a system response and even making a control circuit unstable.
