PREPARATION METHOD FOR MOISTURE-WICKING QUICK-DRYING ANTIBACTERIAL DOWN-PROOF EASY-CLEAN FABRIC

A preparation method for a moisture-wicking quick-drying antibacterial down-proof easy-clean fabric, comprising the following steps: a soaping step: after pre-boiling, bleaching and mercerising of a fabric, removing impurities on the cloth surface by means of a soaping process, and drying after soaping; and a same-bath finishing processing step: setting and finishing the fabric dried in the soaping step on a setting machine, drying, and baking to thereby obtain the moisture-wicking quick-drying antibacterial down-proof easy-clean fabric; during setting, a padding tank of the setting machine is equipped with a working liquid for padding the fabric simultaneously containing a moisture-wicking quick-drying finishing agent, an antibacterial finishing agent, a down-proof finishing agent, and a penetrating agent. The preparation technique of the same-bath finishing processing enables the fabric to have excellent moisture-wicking, quick-drying, antibacterial, down-proof, and easy-clean functions; the fabric is also washable and breathable, and the preparation method is simple; the resulting fabric is safe and environmentally friendly, and does not contain any prohibited harmful substances.
