The invention relates to an arrangement (1) for pressing materials containing liquid, comprising at least one mobile press vessel (2), the vessel interior of which is divided by a press membrane (4) into a pressure means chamber (6) and a pressing means chamber (8), wherein a filling and emptyingopening (10), which can be closed in a pressure-tight manner, is arranged in the press vessel (2), via which opening material to be pressed containing liquid can be added to the pressing means chamber (8), wherein at least one drainage element (12) is arranged in the pressing means chamber (8), the interior of which drainage element communicates with a juice discharge (14) of the press vessel (2), via which liquid juice can be fed to a juice collecting vessel (16) during a pressing operation, characterized in that the arrangement (1) comprises a turning device (20), in which the mobile press vessel (2) can be temporarily received and can be rotated during a pressing operation from a filling position, about an angle of less than 360°, more particularly of less than 270°, in mutually opposing directions of rotation about an axis of rotation (22). The invention further relates to a method for pressing materials containing liquid using an arrangement (1) of this kind and a novel use of the mobile press vessel (2) used.
