PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a questionnaire for diagnosing sleep apnea with high accuracy and a preliminary survey method using the questionnaire. SOLUTION: The number of items is less than 66 items, and age, gender, BMI, snoring frequency, snoring volume, snoring change, physical influence, vitality, emotional influence, awakening due to cough, awakening due to chest pain, shortness of breath. Use a questionnaire for diagnosing sleep apnea, which includes snoring, hypertension, and nocturia. We also use the above questionnaire, which further includes changes in snoring, the effects of sleep due to anxiety, waking up at night, and getting up early.
