A sustained-release pellet feed for use in a rapid growth period of southward stichopus japonicus, prepared by mixing the following components in percentage by mass: 40-50% of a protein component composition, 6-8% of a grease component composition, 15-25% of a starch component composition, 0.5-0.6% of compound vitamins, 0.7-0.8% of compound mineral salt, 20-25% of a functional component composition, and 1.0-1.5% of a biological adhesive.
