To provide a tablet for gradually discharging a functional component while floating in a stomach.SOLUTION: There is provided the tablet comprising: a functional component; a substance having a gallate group; a cellulose derivative; and a foam component, in which, the substance having a gallate group and the cellulose derivative are dispersed in a uniform state. The substance having a gallate group in which particles of the substance which is formed of an inner core part including the functional component and an outer layer part, and has the gallate group on the outer layer part, the substance having the cellulose derivative and foam component, and having the gallate group, particles of foam component, and particles of cellulose derivative are mixed in a uniform manner, includes tannin and/or catechin, the catechin is any one or more kinds selected from catechin gallate, gallocatechin gallate, epicatechin gallate, epigallocatechin gallate, the foam component is a mixture including sodium bicarbonate or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
